So aside from having a random inclusion specialist pop in and start asking for all sorts of paperwork that I do not have prepared, my IST decided to drop by as my second period class was acting like a bunch of crazy people. Add to this that my room still isn't decorated according to everyone's likes (but my own of course, I think it is fine), my boards are "boring" and my students suck at doing anything remotely productive for my class. Ridiculous. This system is unbelievable. I cannot even threaten a student with failing grades because they know they are going to pass anyway.
Overwhelmed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel right now. No person should have to go through this. But alas, I'm a glutton for punishment.
